Sebastian Kowolik

Sebastian Kowolik currently serves as the CFO of Automotive & Industrial and is a member of the Executive Board at OTTO FUCHS KG since 2025. Prior to this role, Sebastian was the Managing Director and Finance Director at Aalberts surface technologies from 2021 to 2025. From 2014 to 2021, Sebastian held multiple positions at SMS group GmbH, including Head of Commercial Management for the BU Electrics & Automation and Head of M&A, as well as Manager of Corporate Development. Earlier in his career, Sebastian worked as an Associate in M&A focused on the automotive and industry sectors at PwC from 2010 to 2014. Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Finance from Maastricht University and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Accounting and Finance from RWTH Aachen University. Additionally, Sebastian studied at Krakow University of Economics in 2006.
