Lars Blinda

Lars Blinda is an experienced executive specializing in strategy and sustainability within the e-commerce sector. Currently serving as the Director and VP of Strategy & Sustainability at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) since July 2021, Lars leads corporate strategy, sustainability initiatives, innovation management, and insights management at one of Europe’s leading e-commerce companies. Prior roles include Group Divisional Vice President of Transformation at Otto Group and Chief Transformation Officer at MYTOYS GROUP, where Lars was involved in significant transformational projects. Additional experience includes director-level positions at Tchibo, a principal role at The Boston Consulting Group, and academic positions at the University of Bremen. Lars holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Bremen and a Master's degree from the same institution, as well as a period of study at the University of Victoria.
