With a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management specializing in mechatronics, Erik has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the medical devices industry, alongside a background in automotive roles at Scania. Erik has also taken on significant positions, including Chairman of the Board for multiple organizations and Managing Director of various subsidiaries, focusing on operational development, strategy, and technology advancement.
