Daniel Welch is the current CFO at Oura Ring. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Finance at Sonos, Inc. from July 2018 to August 2020. Welch began their career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in July 2014, where they worked as a Vice President until July 2018. Daniel then transitioned to KeyBanc Capital Markets in July 2011, also serving as a Vice President until July 2014. Welch then spent a year as a Senior Analyst at Cappello Capital Corp. before joining Houlihan Lokey as a Financial Analyst in January 2008.

Daniel Welch pursued a BBA in finance from Baylor University.
