This team collaborates with corporate partners, manages regional programs in areas such as Latin America and Asia-Pacific, and ensures that all educational and professional development activities align with Out & Equal's mission of cultivating an inclusive workplace environment.

Program Management

The Design and Communications Team at Out & Equal creates and manages the organization's visual and written content to effectively convey its mission of global LGBTQ workplace equality. This team collaborates on educational materials, promotional campaigns, and public relations efforts, ensuring cohesive and impactful communication across all media platforms.
