With the patient-healthcare professional relationship at the center of everything Outcome Health does, Greg Reilly’s role as the Head of Customer Experience is essential for ensuring the integration and connectivity between the teams supporting our nationwide provider network.

Greg brings more than 20 years of health, marketing and customer relationship experience to Outcome Health, most recently as Chief Client Officer at Publicis Health Media (PHM), the leading health media planning and buying agency of the world’s third largest communications group, Publicis Groupe. During his tenure at PHM, Greg helped build an agency at the cutting edge of media innovation for the health and wellness industry. He partnered with clients such as Sanofi, Bayer, Hospital Corporation of America, NovoNordisk, Biogen, Daiichi-Sankyo, Merck Serono and more.

Before joining PHM, Greg held several leadership and entrepreneurial positions at prestigious health and marketing organizations, including Razorfish, W2O Group, Viacom and Forrester Research.

Greg resides outside of New York City with his family and is happy to discuss skiing or fishing pretty much any time of the year.
