Simon B. is the Co-Founder and CEO of OutKept, an ethical phishing platform aimed at helping organizations mitigate the risks of ransomware and phishing scams through the support of a community of ethical phishers. They have previously served as a Manager at Kearney and consulted freelance for Elia Group. Simon completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International MBA at IE Business School and holds a Master's Degree in Sociology from Ghent University. Their early career included a summer internship at HOMT, where they focused on strategy, B2B marketing, and business development.
