Paul King

Paul King has several years of work experience in various roles. Paul began their career as an Operator/Mechanic at United State Gypsum in 2001, where they performed preventative maintenance on machinery and completed large-scale projects. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Mechanic at RIX Industries, building air compressors and conducting testing and quality control. Paul then joined Sherwin-Williams as a Mechanic, responsible for maintaining machinery, ordering parts, and setting up preventative maintenance schedules. In 2009, they became a Maintenance Specialist at White Water Creek, where they oversaw apartment cleaning, exterior maintenance, and prioritized work orders. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Maintenance Specialist at Horizon Property Management, handling grounds and apartment maintenance, as well as appliance repairs. In 2013, they joined Hertz as a Car Detailer and provided customer service. Paul briefly worked at J & T's Lawncare in 2014 as an Operator/Lead, where they led a crew, operated heavy machinery, and read blueprints. From 2014 to 2020, they served as the Product Owner of Front end acceptance at Merchant e-Solutions, and in 2020, they joined OvationCXM as a Senior Terminal Support Engineer and later became the Platform/Terminal Support Supervisor.

Paul King completed their Associate of Science degree in Network Security at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013. Paul is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cloud Computing at Western Governors University, which they expect to complete between 2020 and 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained various certifications. These include "Stop Overthinking and Manage Your Inner Critic," "Understanding Business," and "How to Crush Self-Doubt and Build Self-Confidence" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in April 2023. Paul has also completed the "Learning Linux Command Line" certification in August 2021.

Paul has multiple certifications related to CompTIA A+, including "CompTIA A+ (220-1002) Cert Prep 1: Getting Started," "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 10: Printers," "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 8: Internet and the Cloud," "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 9: Portable Computing," "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 1: The Basics," "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 2: Microprocessing and RAM," "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 3: Core Hardware," "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 4: Storage and Peripherals," "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 5: Display Technologies," "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 6: Physical Networking," and "CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 7: Understanding Networking." Paul obtained these certifications between August and December 2020.

Furthermore, Paul completed the "Agile Foundations," "Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations," and "Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques" certifications in December 2019. Paul also completed the "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" certification in the same month. All of these certifications were obtained through LinkedIn.
