Mat Garcia

Mat Garcia is the current Head of Business Operations at Overair. Mat has over 10 years of experience in aircraft administration, quality assurance, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Overair, Mat was the Head of Administration, Quality Assurance, and Infrastructure at Karem Aircraft, Inc. from May 2010 to January 2020. Mat also worked as a Flight Test Engineer at Boeing from January 2009 to December 2010.

Mat Garcia has a master's degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering with a focus in flight controls from UC Irvine. Mat also has a bachelor of science in aerospace, aeronautical and astronautical engineering from UC Irvine.

Mat Garcia reports to Ben Tigner, Co-Founder & CEO. Mat Garcia works with Frank Ferry - Head of Manufacturing, Bernard Ahyow - Chief Engineer, and Abe Karem - Co-Founder & Principal Designer.
