Michael Reed is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Overhead Door Corporation since March 2017, Reed previously held various management roles at Sears Home Services from 2005 to 2017, achieving significant revenue and productivity improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative programs. Before transitioning to the private sector, Reed dedicated over two decades to the United States Army as a Logistics Operations Manager, earning multiple awards for exemplary service.
