Caroline Strzalka

Caroline Strzalka is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in digital media, partnerships, and business development. As the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Overplay since July 2020, Caroline leads a platform that enables users to turn videos into games seamlessly. Prior to Overplay, Caroline served as CEO and Co-Founder of It's By U, a company focused on reducing flower waste through farm-direct subscriptions. Caroline has held key leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Partnerships at Sandbox Group, Chair of the Term Member Advisory Committee at the Council on Foreign Relations, and Vice President of Digital Content Sales at Scholastic. Caroline's experience also includes significant roles at Sesame Workshop, Intellitoys, National Geographic, Christie's, and the Philadelphia Art Museum. Caroline holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
