Denise Helms

Denise Helms, R.N., B.S.N. currently serves as the CEO of Overture Home Care LLC since July 2015, leading a non-medical home care company that provides essential personal assistant services to clients wishing to "Age at Home." With over 15 years of experience at Legend Healthcare from March 2000 to July 2015, Denise held various positions including SVP of Business Development and Marketing, as well as Compliance Officer and VP of Marketing and Staff Development. Prior to this, Denise worked as the Director of Clinical Services at Integrated Health Services between 1988 and 1995, overseeing clinical management and regulatory compliance for facilities across Oklahoma and Texas. Denise earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Mid America Nazarene University.
