Neil Watson

Neil Watson possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of Colleague Services and People Operations at OVO since November 2021. Prior to this role, Neil held various senior HR positions, notably as Head of HR at BRE, where responsibilities included leading organizational change programs and implementing performance management systems. Neil's background also includes significant roles at easyJet, Virgin Media, Everything Everywhere, T-Mobile, and Debenhams, with expertise in driving HR strategies, improving operational performance, and managing complex employee relations across diverse organizations. Neil graduated with a First Class degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University.
