Alfred Martin

Alfred Martin, MBA, has extensive experience in operations and plant management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Site Director/Plant Leader for Owens Corning, Alfred has focused on organizational alignment and driving a world-class manufacturing culture since July 2019. Prior roles at Ecolab included Executive Director/Plant Manager II, responsible for overseeing two manufacturing sites with a combined $36 million P&L, where Alfred achieved significant improvements in production efficiency and optimization, earning multiple awards in 2018. Experience at Unilever spans various leadership positions, including Factory Manager and Maintenance Engineer, where Alfred implemented strategies that resulted in substantial cost reductions and operational improvements. Alfred holds an EMBA in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
