Charlie Fick

Principal at Oxeon Partners

Since joining Oxeon in 2015, Charlie has had the good fortune to partner with a wide array of Oxeon’s healthcare technology & services clients. In his role as a Principal, Charlie has focused his work on leadership team builds for a range of Oxeon’s private equity & venture capital backed clients including Intelligent Medical Objects, Caravel Autism Health, OneOncology, and Bright Health. Charlie leads Oxeon’s Seattle office, where he is proudly helping to build Oxeon’s presence in his hometown. Internally, Charlie has spent the past several years as an active member of Oxeon’s internal recruiting group, a role he enjoys greatly in helping shape Oxeon’s growing team.

Prior to joining Oxeon, Charlie spent several years with a boutique executive search firm, Kirkland West. He began his career with City Year New York, an education non-profit organization dedicated to fighting the dropout crisis in American public schools, where he served as a mentor to students in a Brooklyn high school.

Hailing originally from the great state of Washington, Charlie spent his college years discovering the beauty of Minnesota winters at Carleton College. He graduated with a degree in Political Science, which he finds still comes in handy when trying to decipher the world we live in. Outside of work, you will likely find Charlie running along the Burke-Gilman trail training for his next race, enjoying (responsibly) a hoppy IPA, or daydreaming of being on a ski slope. After nearly a decade living in New York City, he and his wife reside in Seattle, where they are probably discussing if now is the right time to get a dog.
