Eylul Khalil

Eylul Khalil is a seasoned digital art and graphic design consultant with extensive experience in various creative roles. Currently engaged with Oxfam since August 2025, Eylul has played a key role in developing a Feminist Manual, focusing on digital art and design. As the Founder and CEO of Redlight Store from 2019 to 2025, Eylul led the company while also contributing as a Project Manager and Coordinator at Investimate Research & Consultancy in 2025. Eylul's expertise further includes consulting on digital art and design for Taqatouat's research project on period poverty, rebranding efforts for GNP+, and creating visual identities for organizations like ROOTSLAB and GreenOcean Media. Eylul holds a degree from Aleppo University and has served as a Board Member for the SIBA MENA Network, showcasing a commitment to both design and advocacy.
