John Kim

John Kim, CPA, CA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Director of Real Estate Finance & Capital Markets at Oxford Properties Group since February 2021, following a role as Senior Manager in the same division. Prior experience includes FP&A Manager at Shopify and Manager in Corporate Development at TD, where responsibilities spanned from November 2016 to April 2020. John began the career at Deloitte LLP, first as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory, then as a Senior Accountant in Assurance and Advisory. Additional experience includes a position as Equity Research Associate at Canaccord Genuity Inc. and various roles in corporate development at TD. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto - Innis College and has also attended the Rotman School of Management.
