Imogen Kelly

Imogen Kelly is an accomplished People Director currently with Oxford Science Enterprises since June 2025, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Vice President of Human Resources at Noda and Head of HR at ITN. At Noda, Imogen developed a comprehensive People Strategy that significantly enhanced employee engagement and integrated AI into operations. Imogen has successfully led talent acquisition initiatives, organizational restructures, and diversity and inclusion efforts across multiple organizations. Imogen holds both an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University.
