Joshua Slocum

Joshua Slocum is a skilled engineering professional with a strong background in project development and commissioning. Currently serving as a Project Development Engineer at P1 Service, LLC since April 2025, Joshua focuses on the pre-construction phase, collaborating with clients on potential projects and conducting energy audits. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at Millig Design Build from September 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included project design development and creating tools to enhance project efficiency. From November 2014 to September 2021, Joshua held the position of Commissioning Engineer at Willdan Performance Engineering Division, overseeing design reviews and the commissioning process. Joshua earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas between 2013 and 2016.
