Rich Powers brings a wealth of experience in healthcare strategy and a strong operational understanding of managed care to P3 Health Partners. As Chief Strategy Officer, Rich and his team work to identify new growth opportunities for the company and will lead and prioritize strategic investments.

Rich joins the team after more than 25 years at Humana where he held progressive provider development leadership roles and developed industry-leading strategic partnerships and joint-ventures in the senior-focused primary care space. Rich leverages his unmatched ability to build and execute programs and strategies with an innovative approach to help propel P3 into its next growth phase.

Rich holds a masters degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University.
