Alanah Bushnell

Alanah Bushnell is an accomplished Director of Transformation and Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, where responsibilities include driving enterprise-wide transformations across leading global banks, enhancing risk management, and delivering strategic initiatives. Prior experience at Lloyds Banking Group encompassed roles such as Product Owner (Head of) for Leadership Development & Strategic Initiatives, where Alanah led significant transformation efforts to embed Agile methodologies and cultural evolution.
