Joe Navarre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational consulting. Currently serving as Partner and US Change Management Lead at PA Consulting since September 2020, Joe previously held senior roles at Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner and Global Change Management Leader, and at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Vice President and Organization Change Management Practice Leader. Joe's earlier positions include Director of People & Change at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Principal at Navarre Consulting Inc, and Organizational Readiness Lead at SCE, among others. A graduate of USC Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, Joe's career spans multiple prominent firms, including Deloitte Consulting and IBM Global Business Services.
