Lara Cumberland

Lara Cumberland is the current Chief Operating Officer at Pacaso. Lara has also served as the Vice President of M&A Integration and Cross-Company Initiatives at Meta from November 2021 to March 2022. Cumberland was also the Vice President of M&A Integration and Cross-Company Initiatives at Facebook from February 2015 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were with PayPal as the Braintree Integration Executive from September 2013 to December 2014. Cumberland started their career at eBay in April 2012 as the Senior Director of M&A Integration before moving on to IBM in October 2002 as the Director of M&A Integration for IBM Corporate Development. Lara spent four years at PwC Consulting - People & Organization from January 1998 to December 2002 as a Strategy & Change Consultant.
