Bennett Fisher

COO at Paceline

Bennett Fisher has a long history of working with startups, especially in the tech industry. Bennett has co-founded two companies, Pulsify and Retroficiency, both of which were acquired by larger firms. In between their work with startups, Bennett has also served as an investor and board member for Trove - Predictive Data Science.

Bennett has always been interested in data analytics and AI, which is what led him to start Pulsify. Pulsify is a people management platform that helps teams set goals, give feedback, do performance check-ins, and more. The company was successfully acquired by Hire Technologies in March 2021.

Before Pulsify, Bennett was the CEO and Co-Founder of Retroficiency. Retroficiency was a startup that helped businesses save energy and money through data analytics. The company was acquired by ENGIE Insight in October 2015.

Bennett currently serves as the COO at Paceline.

Bennett Fisher has a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus in entrepreneurship and innovation. Bennett also has a BA from The Johns Hopkins University in economics, entrepreneurship, and management. Bennett spent a semester abroad studying economics at the University of Oxford.
