Patrick Morris

Patrick Morris is a seasoned legal expert specializing in intellectual property, currently serving as Vice President of Intellectual Property at PacBio since April 2022. Prior experience includes nearly 19 years at Perkins Coie LLP, where Patrick held various roles including Partner, Counsel, and Associate, and previously worked as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at Lyon & Lyon LLP. Patrick earned a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, along with a BA in Biology from Austin College.
