Troy Ballard is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Construction Services Manager at Pacific Life since January 2026, Troy previously held the position of Vice President of Development at Legacy Partners from August 2021 to January 2026. Prior to that, Troy worked at CFC Construction as both Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager from December 2016 to August 2021, and held the role of Director of Construction at Picerne Group from January 2014 to November 2016. Additional experience includes project management roles at Hill Companies and Able Engineering Service, alongside early career experience as a Superintendent at Majestic Construction and as a SEABEE with the US Navy.
