Heidi Bishop

Heidi Bishop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and management across various sectors, including public health, logistics, and nuclear engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Data and Analytics at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since September 2025, Heidi previously held the position of Manager/Lead Data Scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where strategic leadership in predictive analytics and machine learning was fundamental for national infectious disease programs. Prior roles include managerial leadership at FedEx Ground, overseeing corporate learning and workforce analytics, and significant contributions to Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation's data strategy and project management in high-security environments. A former Signals Intelligence Analyst in the US Army, Heidi holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Health Informatics and a Master of Education in Learning Analytics, complemented by certifications in Data Science.
