Leigh Ann Pena

Leigh Ann Pena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, project management, and product development within the packaging and beauty industries. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Project Manager at Danné Montague-King since November 2023, Leigh Ann holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Pacific Packaging Components, Inc., where involvement spans since January 2019. A seasoned consultant since January 2008 at Tober Mei Creative, Leigh Ann specializes in project management and product development across personal care, skin care, and nutritional sectors. Previous roles include Principal and Senior Account Executive at Pacific Packaging Components, Inc., and various sales positions at Arminak and Associates, Inc., and Creative Innovations LLC. As a former Brand Manager at Cosway Company, Leigh Ann created products for the Natural Products Channel while holding a professional designation from FIDM and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
