Brian Jbara

Brian Jbara is a seasoned professional in organizational development and learning strategy, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at PADNOS since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jbara held positions including Learning Experience Manager at Service Express, where responsibilities included scaling organizational capabilities through innovative strategies. As an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and Senior Learning Consultant at Steelcase, Jbara focused on talent and learning strategy in the IOT and contract furniture industry. Jbara also has experience as the Director of Integrative Learning and Advising at Grand Valley State University, where a new academic unit was founded, and as an Academic Advisor at the Kelley School of Business. Earlier in the career, Jbara was a Teach For America Corps Member in the Clark County School District. Education includes a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English Literature from Illinois Wesleyan University.
