Carolina Botelho is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in compensation management and HR strategies. Currently serving as the HR Director at Pagaleve since December 2021, Carolina previously held the role of Compensation Manager at iFood and managed compensation, benefits, and performance at OYO, where significant improvements in employee turnover were achieved.
