Guilherme Kessa possesses extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at PagBank since March 2020, Guilherme leads multidisciplinary teams and fosters engagement through an inclusive culture and agile methodologies. Previous roles include Software Engineering Coordinator at UOL - Universo Online and Software Engineer positions at UDS Soluções Digitais and ACROMMA. Guilherme also has entrepreneurial experience as the founder of ACROMMA and has developed expertise in Java and Android development across various companies.
