Atif Toor

Atif Toor is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting across various sectors, including oil and energy, corporate finance, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Finance Controller for the Commercial Function at Pakistan State Oil since October 2020, Atif specializes in credit control, risk assessment, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Credit Control & Billing at Attock Cement Pakistan Limited, where responsibilities encompassed corporate finance and complete accounting, and Finance Manager at Greaves Pak, overseeing regional financial operations. Atif has also led internal audit functions, headed finance and costing departments, and contributed significantly to budgeting, inventory management, and compliance efforts throughout a diverse career.
