Richard Starr

Richard Starr is the current Executive Director at Palace Capital. Richard has over fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, advising on the sale and purchase of property across the UK. Prior to their current position, Richard was a Director at Philips Lockhart Starr, a small team of Chartered Surveyors advising on the sale and purchase of commercial real estate across UK across all sectors, with a speciality for London. Before that, they were an Associate Partner at CBGA, a partnership of Chartered Surveyors specialising in buying, selling, and improving investment values of commercial property. Richard started their career as an Associate Director at Millar Kitching, where they were an integral part of a small team of Investment Chartered Surveyors. Richard then moved to ING Real Estate Investment Management, where they were part of the Corporate Real Estate and Acquisitions team that provided advice to corporate clients on their property strategy, including Nokia and Computer Associates. Richard is a highly experienced professional in the commercial real estate industry and is well-positioned to continue their success at Palace Capital.

Richard Starr attended the University of the West of England, where they studied surveying, valuation, and development. Richard also attended Friern Barnet Grammar School. Richard is certified in professional development from INPD in advanced management program.

Richard Starr reports to Neil Sinclair, Chief Executive. They work with Nicola Grinham - Company Secretary, Matthew Simpson - Financial Controller, and Stephen Silvester - Finance Director.
