Charlie Middleton

Charlie Middleton joined the Palladium board as a non-executive director in March 2019. Charlie brings a wealth of financial services and impact investing experience to Palladium having worked as a senior banker for more than 30 years. He was UK managing director of Europe’s leading values-based bank, Triodos Bank, for over a decade and held senior leadership roles for Barclays in Africa, the Caribbean and India. As well as a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, Charlie is a mentor and coach to individuals and teams in the commercial, charity, voluntary and social enterprise sectors.
