Stephanie Alice Andrei

Stephanie Alice Andrei is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate change, environment, and natural resource management. Currently serving as a Manager at Palladium: Make It Possible, Stephanie has led business development efforts and developed training programs while managing significant proposals for major UK donors. Previous roles include being the MEL Manager for Partnerships for Forests, where Stephanie focused on facilitating financial and technical support for sustainable land-use projects, and GESI Advisor for UK PACT, a UK International Climate Finance initiative. Stephanie's past positions also feature impactful roles at KPMG East Africa, IIED, the International Organization for Migration, and the International Centre for Climate Change and Development, among others. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and various qualifications in project management and research methodology.
