Jackson Vu

Jackson Vu is a Product Support Specialist at Pallet since October 2023, with a background in customer support and software engineering. Previously, at Reprise, Jackson served as a Customer Support Engineer, addressing client issues through Intercom/Zendesk and utilizing HTML/CSS/JavaScript for troubleshooting. Additional experience includes providing first-line support to C-Suite customers at ExecOnline, participating in software engineering training at General Assembly with a focus on full-stack development, and interning in digital marketing at WebServes where Jackson contributed to increasing audience engagement. Jackson holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Hunter College and a Certificate of Completion in Software Engineering Immersive from General Assembly.
