As Chief Product Officer at Universal Tennis, Alok drove technical management and engineering, achieving remarkable revenue growth and enhanced app engagement. Currently, they serve as Head of Product Innovation at Chronosphere, spearheading new initiatives to improve uptime for SaaS businesses.
