Patty Hatter is our chief customer officer who oversees Global Customer Services, where she focuses on improving the customer experience through innovative service offerings. Patty has more than 25 years in leadership roles as CIO and SVP of Operations at companies such as McAfee, Intel, Cisco, and AT&T.


Patty earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She is currently a board member for II-VI Incorporated, and has previously sat on the boards of Qualys, Barrick Gold, WootCloud and the Silicon Valley Education Foundation.
