Henry Sánchez Calderón

Henry Sánchez Calderón possesses extensive experience in mining and maintenance, currently serving as the Mine Maintenance Guard Chief and Head of the Mine Maintenance Workshop at Pan American Silver Corp. since December 2016, after previously holding the role of Reliability Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions as Maintenance Supervisor at San Martín Contratistas Generales S.A. and Operations Engineer at Ferreyros S.A. Additionally, Henry has contributed to the field of education as a Heavy Machinery Maintenance Instructor at SENATI and as an Instructor in Maintenance and Operation of Heavy Machinery at Instituto de Formacion Minera del Perú. Early in the career, Henry worked as a Maintenance Technician for Large Mining Equipment at Ferreyros S.A. Henry's academic qualifications include an MBA from CENTRUM PUCP, a Master's in Leadership from EADA Business School, a degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Universidad Alas Peruanas, and a Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics from SENATI.
