Luis Gustavo Ariza Trelles

Luis Gustavo Ariza Trelles is an experienced professional in water resources management and hydrology, currently serving as Jefe de hidrogeología y manejo de aguas at Pan American Silver Corp. since July 2023. Previously, Luis held the position of Water Resources Chief at Minsur S.A., where responsibilities included managing water balance and defining comprehensive water handling processes. With a background that includes university teaching roles in hydraulic engineering at institutions like Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Universidad Privada de Tacna, Luis has also contributed as a Project Engineer at Southern Peru Copper Corporation, overseeing significant hydrological and hydraulic projects.
