Jose Gonzalez is an experienced production and maintenance manager with a solid background in the baking industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Pan-O-Gold Baking Company since March 2023, Jose previously held multiple roles at Bimbo Bakeries USA, including Production Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading teams, training employees, and enhancing productivity while minimizing costs. Jose began a career at Pan-O-Gold Baking Company in 2008, progressing from Production Worker to Supervisor. An educational foundation in Business Administration and Management was established at Madison Area Technical College, culminating in an Associate's degree earned between 2017 and 2020.
