Zeidi Jaypul

Zeidi Jaypul is an experienced professional in remuneration management and employee benefits, currently serving as the Group Remuneration Manager at Eclosia since April 2023. Prior to this role, Zeidi held the position of Business Manager - Reward and Productivity Analysis at C-CARE from October 2020 to March 2023, contributing to one of Mauritius’ leading private healthcare groups. Previously, Zeidi worked as an Actuarial and Benefits Consultant at Aon, managing employee benefit solutions for multinational clients in Sub-Saharan Africa from March 2018 to October 2020. Earlier experiences include roles as an Underwriter and Statistical Analyst at Quantum Insurance, and as an Analyst/Seychelles Operations Officer at Mauritius Union Group. Zeidi possesses a strong educational background with a BCom in Economics & Statistics and a postgraduate degree in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town.
