Barista/ Coffee Shop Clerk

Panama City Toyota is currently seeking a year-round, full-time, Barista/Front Counter staff member who is passionate about making drinks and serving food to our loyal customers. This position is responsible for completing all drinks and pastry orders, operating a cash register, and providing quality customer service. They are expected to have a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, follow instructions, work in a team environment, be self-motivated & able to multi-task.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:15 am to 3:15 pm

Qualifications and Skills

• Friendly and customer-oriented
• Positive attitude and enjoy helping others
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year(s) experience in coffee and food service preferred
• Experience with point-of-sale system preferred
• Basic math skills required
• Must display professionalism and personality with customers
• Time management skills and efficiency

Duties and Physical requirements include but are not limited to:

• Work in a sometimes loud cafe environment with frequent interruptions.

• Operating an espresso machine to complete all espresso drinks.

• Fill customers' orders in a timely and efficient manner.

• Work as a team to maintain the cleanliness of the area, including cleaning tables and chairs, sweeping & mopping floors, cleaning the barista area, etc.

• This position is required to stand for 100% of the shift.
