Allan Swan

Allan Swan is the current President of Panasonic Energy of North America. Allan has also served on the Advisory Board for Aviation Week and as Vice President of Manufacturing for Rolls-Royce. Prior to their current positions, Swan worked in supply chain management for ThyssenKrupp and United Technologies.

Swan has spent their career in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Allan is an expert in supply chain management and has helped streamline operations for both ThyssenKrupp and United Technologies. In their role as Vice President of Manufacturing for Rolls-Royce, Swan was responsible for deploying the Rolls-Royce production system and implementing a high performance culture. Under their leadership, the company achieved lean and scalable operations.

Swan is a founding member of the Advisory Board for Aviation Week and provides ongoing support to the team. Allan is also a member of the Aerospace & Defense Sector round table and conference activities.

Allan Swan received their Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Southampton. Allan also has a certification from Rolls-Royce in Green Belt.
