Michael McDonough

Michael McDonough serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Panera Bread, leading the Transformation Office and overseeing international operations since April 2022. Prior to this role, Michael spent seven years at Reebok, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development, where responsibilities included leading the transformation office and managing the company's divestiture from adidas. Earlier in Michael's career, positions at Fidelity Investments included Financial Analyst roles and a transformative internship in asset management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Boston College, completed in 2011.
