Jennifer Stepp

Jennifer Stepp, MBA, is the Vice President of Finance and Production at Panini America, where they manage financial strategies and operations. With extensive experience in sales, operational management, and business development, Jennifer has previously held roles including Finance Manager and Director of Finance Reporting & Analysis at Panini America. Prior to this, they served as Area Manager of Merchandising at Pulte Homes and Account Manager at Ussery Printing/Cross Media. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from the UT Arlington Executive MBA Program and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.
