Rob Payne

Rob Payne is the current Managing Director of UK Operations at Papa John's Pizza. Rob has also previously worked as the Group Commercial Director for The Haulfryn Group and as the Interim Chief Executive Officer for SWEAT! GYMS.

Rob has a wealth of experience in turning around businesses and increasing membership numbers. Rob is a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and develop a plan to improve performance and grow the business. Rob is an effective leader and motivator, who can inspire others to achieve results.

Rob is a results-driven individual who is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Rob is analytical and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement. Rob is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, which allows him to build relationships with ease.

Rob Payne's educational career includes a BA in International Politics and Marketing from Keele University, as well as schooling from De Aston Sixth Form in Market Rasen.

Rob Payne reports to Robert Lynch, President & CEO. They work with Liz Williams - Chief International Operations Officer, Joe Sieve - Chief Restaurant Officer, and Marvin Boakye - Chief People & Diversity Officer. Some individuals on their team include David Gyselynck - IT Director, UK & Ireland, Juliett Campbell - HR Director, UK & International, and Giles Codd - Marketing Director, UK & Ireland.
