Liuba Yurgenson

Liuba Yurgenson is currently the Head of People at Paperspace. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Staff, Engineering at DataRobot from January 2015 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for Rotating into engineering during critical ramp-up periods to work directly with EVP of Engineering and CTO to set goals for strategic initiatives and drive implementation across all of engineering (450 people in more than 8 international locations), including strategic budgeting and cost management, recruiting, engineering excellence and process improvements.

From February 2013 to December 2014, Liuba served as a Graduate Assistant at Framingham State University. And from July 2011 to August 2012, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at The HEINEKEN Company.

Before that, Liuba was the Executive Assistant at Krispi Oil Russia from September 2010 to June 2011. Liuba started their career as a Finance Data Manager at Elteks Tisi from September 2008 to May 2010.

Liuba Yurgenson has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Framingham State University. Liuba also has a High School Diploma in Physics and Mathematics from the Physics and Mathematics Lyceum number 30. Liuba is currently studying for their degree in Physics at Saint Petersburg State University.

Their manager is Dillon Erb, CEO. They are on a team with Benjamin Lamson - Head of Customer Success & Sales, Tom Sanfilippo - CTO, and Daniel Kobran - Co-founder.
