Mitchell Guess

Mitchell Guess serves as Vice President - Central Region at PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC, overseeing transmission, substations, underground, and distribution safety and operations since June 2014. Previously, Mitchell held the role of Division Manager and Project Manager, managing multiple projects valued between $300,000 and $52 million, including significant oversight of planning, coordination, and cost controls. Prior experience at MJ Electric included positions as Assistant Construction Manager and Field Engineer, where Mitchell directed numerous projects totaling over $150 million, facilitated effective project closeouts, and implemented innovative construction techniques. Educational qualifications include a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and a B.A. in English Literature and Sociology from Grand Canyon University.
