Nicole Gehring

Nicole Gehring is an experienced Operations Manager at Parachute Health since May 2020, overseeing enterprise facility formulary management and hospice billing setup for VNS Health while coaching a team of operations associates to enhance performance and engagement. Previously, Nicole held roles as Operations Team Lead and Operations Associate, where significant improvements in team productivity and strategic planning contributions were made at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Nicole's leadership experience extends to the Alpha Phi International Fraternity, where oversight of financial management and property was demonstrated in various roles, including VP of Finance and Director of Chapter Facilities. Nicole Gehring holds a Bachelor of Science in Health, Society, and Policy and a minor in Health Care Administration from the University of Utah, complemented by an international experience at Imperial College London.
